Basically, I winged it. I figured it out while I was sitting for the first 20 minutes of meditation. My reaction was great, though! I was calm, curious about how it would go, and knew it would all be ok. It was a testament to the impact that meditation has had on my life. So, I explained my situation to the group, asked for their assistance as a community to help keep the discussion going for the next 40 minutes, then led a conversation on what impacts (good, bad, if all) a meditation practice has brought to their life.
