WAKING UP COMMUNITY MEDITATION
Meditation and Discussion
We are a Leaven Community spiritual circle of folks who gather on Saturday mornings to meditate and learn more about ourselves and the world through a Buddhist perspective.
Meditation sessions last 50 minutes and include opportunities for sitting, walking and movement. A group discussion then follows on a topic introduced by the week’s discussion leader. We conclude our time together over refreshments and conversations where get to know one another more deeply.
No prior meditation experience needed.
